Then there are disorders and diseases that can cause back pain. They include things like degenerative disc disease, herniated disk disease, sciatica, bursitis and more. In order to diagnose the problem correctly you will need to see a doctor. They may refer you for tests such as an MRI or X-Ray which can offer a clear image of the problem. Once the problem has been determined, the treatment can begin. The least likely type of treatment is surgery. Most of the time, doctors are able to treat back pain without resorting to surgical methods
Methods used to help Orlando back pain sufferers include physical therapy and exercise, the application of heat, pain relieving medications, massage, chiropractic adjustment and even alternative therapies such as acupuncture. The treatment that may work best for one person may not be best for someone else. You may need to combine various therapies to create a treatment plan that addresses your particular type of back pain. There are many experienced doctors who deal especially with back pain, a common malady in our society. Therefore, you should have no trouble finding the right practitioner to assist you.
